Review Criteria

Awards Recommendation Rules：

  1. High Distinction Award: All five reviewers recommend the High Distinction Award.

  2. Excellence Award: At least three reviewers recommend the Excellence Award (inclusive) or above, and no "Not recommended".

  3. Honorable Mention Award: At least three reviewers recommend the Honorable Mention Award (inclusive) or above, and no two "Not recommended" ones.

  4. Not recommended: At least (inclusive) two reviewers do not recommend.
