B2-3 Pasikau-A Project of Channel and Promotion Improvement of Bunun Tribe
This report was based on the United Nations sustainable development indicators, which are expected to double the productivity of rural areas and the income of small-scale food producers by 2030, as a motivation, and also with putting forward solutions under the premise of not disturbing smallholders, starting with channel and marketing respectively as our goals.
Through the design of scientific research methods, we tred to find out improvement goals and methods, including: establishing an e-commerce website to create online channels, and introducing a pre-purchase mechanism to deal with the seasonal production of agricultural products.
In addition, the promotion was through the establishment of an official line account as the promotion medium, and the chat-robot was set up to be able to answer customer questions based on keywords and improve overall satisfaction.
Finally, interviews and questionnaires were used to confirm the success of the program.
